Here we go again!

Hello, patient readers!   Yes, October approaches, bringing with it MoFo VI, and we will be participating as usual.   This year, the I-40 Kitchen brings you the 50 State of Vegan.  I will choose and veganize a recipe which is connected with each of the US states  - a distinctive recipe from the state, or one which features an ingredient native to that region, or some such thing.   Especially given the demands of work and some planned travel, I doubt I can cram all 50 into October.  However, come hell or high water, I will keep going until I finish.    Please feel free to send along suggestions!
